OK, I finally did manage to get GIMP and the brilliant Deft template. After about an hour of playing around, here is my very first fictional foreign country uniform.

The sleeves are not good because I still haven't been able to figure out how to do a color fill. I want the sleeves to be the same shade of red as the front panel, but anyway...

Thanks for your patience and your advice, guys!

This just shows that if somebody as artistically inept as me can create jerseys and caps, anybody can.
