i need LOTS of help.

i'm using ootp 8, and i have created several leagues, but can't find a way to accomplish what i want. i'm looking for a way to start a league, with 2007's real player rosters, and real team names and cities, in ALL leagues - i.e., MLB, AAA, AA, A ball. Each time I attempt this, i get a different permutation of close but no cigar. i know i need to 'import' something, but i'm not sure what, or which type of league to create-custom or the other one.

can somebody just tell me how to set all this up so that it's the way i want it, please?
