Ok, tried the fix above...I think. I went to the OOTP Preferences screen and hit the Open Configuration Files link on the bottom. Then using Notepad I pasted in the following in the file labeled app:

my_browser_exe
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
my_browser_cmd
-new

Since the path here matches the path to IE on my machine, I left everything just the way it was. Am I supposed to change the my_browser_exe or the my_browser_cmd to something else? I'm a little confused here, I must admit, and it more than likely shows, lol. Just help me out a little in my ignorance guys, ok? Thanks.

P.S. I use Vista BTW, not XP if that makes any difference on this particular issue.
