I think this is a great idea and these designs look great. The only thing I thought about doing differently was to isolate one part of the club's logo and featuring that on the cap (like Villa's lion or United's devil) rather than the whole logo itself. I was thinking this might make the cap logos clearer instead of leaving their intricate designs hard to see on the small caps.
These look outstanding though!
