Notes -
Brussels got off to a quick start after the break. They scored 6 runs in the bottom of the 9th to beat Madrid 8-7 on June 29th. They had a 15-3 run in July to pull away in their division.
Berlin won 9 games in a row in July to take control of the Wildcard race. The worst got worse as Budapest had a 3-14 streak and London won only 1 of their first 15 games in July.
Milan scored 10 in an inning to beat Glasgow 14-4, then just over a month later against the same team scored an EBL record 15 in an inning in a 21-7 win. In the big inning, Max Sabin was 2/2 with a walk.
Amazingly Vienna were involved in their second 22 inning game of the season as they lost 5-4 to London on September 8th.
No real tight races for playoff spots. Amsterdam had a chance to pass Brussels, but lost 2 of 3 at home to the Hitmen in the penultimate series of the season. These losses also erased any chance they had at a Wildcard spot.
