Yes, I have tried Paint.net also several others that have been mentioned in other posts. I just can't seem to get the hang of these others. Most likely I am not taking enough time reading the how to files in these programs. Guess it is a case like buying only Chevy's because that is all you and your parents owned.
I just haven't taken enough time to learn them I suppose. I think I am still hoping to find the PSP program that I know I had.
Anyway, my problem. I will probably end up trying to figure out Photoshop since it has so much written about it on their site and other places. Just hate to take the time, I suppose...and a lot of the times, I just can't seem to understand what I am reading...and I am not a stupid person, just don't understand the terminology I suppose. DUH!
Glad we have so many talented people here already so that maybe it is just a waste of time to worry about making anything new for the sim. Thanks all!
