IMO if you want to hire a new coach, you shouldn't be able to just run out and hire someone just as good as a MLB manager.

This will hopefully get to the fact that many teams have faked coaches besides the historical correct.
I´m missing many pitching coaches, like Dave Duncan.
Work on "making coaches" on top coaches like Dave Duncan.
Leo Mazzone must be created I think since he only played in the minors while active.
Well, it´s only to go over the teams pitching coaches and "make them coaches" to their present teams.
Same goes for other coaches. Most have had active careers and should be better in the game then all those fictional free agent coaches AND the coaches presently in the teams.
However A HUGE WORKLOAD my friend. Take it or leave it.
Like you say one have to look at managers that have been fired over the last 5-6 years and do the same with them so teams can hire them in the future.
