With only a handful of games played in April, the standings look a bit odd. Boston’s near the bottom, with the White Stockings near the top. The Elm Citys have even won 2 of 3. Some teams that aren’t much of a surprise are Brooklyn at 3-0 and the Centennials at 1-3. The schedule picks up quite a bit in May, with a full slate of 6 games scheduled for the 8th.
