1988 European Champs Preview

October 23rd 1988 - The draw for the tournament is as follows -

Reigning champions France look set to put up a strong defence of their title. There will be stiff competition though with the Czech Republic and Ireland both assembling strong squads.

A dark horse for the title might be the Netherlands, who have a decent rotation and a few great hitters.
