This always seams to be the case in all sport games.
Creators bust their behind to finish it, but then the season finish and a new sport gets attention.
A new 2009 roster will probably be drowned in a new version of OOTP10 so it will be a uncertain thing indeed.
The hardest thing to create a fix roster for a fixed year is SPEED to create it and also inside this time get it to work up to 90%.
This roster looked very promissing and I guess we have to go whit what we got. Sad thing the coaches wasn´t finished. This one was soooo close to being 99%.
The rest of the unfinished things (not too many thanks to CubbyFan) will be fixed by each and everyone that likes to improve this roster. Still the best platform one have.

I don't think this is really unfinished. I mean coaches are a nice addition but hardly a gamebreaker here. The set is as good as we could possibly expect with the issues the game has.
I also think it sets up a nice base for the next version as CubbyFan was pointing out. Lets hope Markus embraces CubbyFan and utilizes his abilities for next year's set.
