In the JL, the
export tracker is showing all teams having submitted exports at the same time, and I believe the time it's showing is when I last updated the "online league file." Do the team exports need to go into a folder inside the "CGI" directory?
Also, what number should I put in as the playoff odds "Pythagorean exponent?"
