The only thing I can say is hint to them that it's something you're interested in. I've sent multiple IMs/PMs and things haven't progressed at all. I'm worried we'll be in the exact same boat next year that we were this year.
I'm sure they're quite busy this time of year however so I wouldn't quite panic. My GOAL is to get something out the door for OOTP9 before OOTP10 even goes to beta, so the worst case scenario is we can just convert the 2009 league in OOTP9 to OOTP10 when it releases and not even have to worry about it.
Also if the 2009 set can get done very early it could leave time for other more minor things (player histories finally for the first time in forever?
