I love the scouting concept, but feel that it's very easy to sign coaches and managers with amazing attributes. Doing this would seemingly give me an unfair advantage over the AI.

1) I turned off the age restrictions and got accurate players. I think that's a good fix.
2) Not really sure.
3) I play with scouting off definitely. I just think this aspect of the game is so poorly done that it ruins the fun. Coaching I also leave off as I think it gives myself too much of an advantage.
