Hi guys.
I've been running my league, Triple Play Sim League, since the 2007 offseason. We are a realistic current sim, currently in year 2013. Trades have since happened, but there has also been a lot of amatuer drafts as well, which have included real life highschool and collegiate prospects. We've also editted in real foreign players as well.
We have a very, very big roster file filled with current players, both already in the majors developed and in the minors at all 3 levels still developing. Perhaps the biggest on the net for OOTP 6.5, as it's getting harder to find 6.5/12 leagues...
We also have accurate ratings and stats. Players who you'd expect to be rated good are rated accordingly, unless an injury has occured or they have taken a decline along the way. Our development/progression sliders are pretty balanced though so there isn't a lot of random negative development lately.
I guess if you're looking to join, you'll just have to check it out...
The run down:
We DEFINITELY need a Baltimore GM asap. They're the only team open. But depending on how much interest this receives, there will likely be more open spots near the offseason..
Right now, there's 2 sims, maybe 3 tops a week, and 15 games simmed at a time.

That's Baltimore's team. They have a chunk of their core from their first GM signing extensions actually (Bedard and Cabrera), back when the league first began. But they also have a ton of nice young talent (Billy Rowell, Pedro Beato, Kieron Pope, Matt Wieters, Brandon Erbe, Jim Johnson, Radhames Liz, Jake Arrieta) in addition to the veterans.
So they are a good team. It's just very hard to continue to find GMs for OOTP 6.5/12, but our core of GMs who runs in this league doesn't want to switch because we have been running in this format for so long.
