Yes, the Rio de Janeiro Carnival was a carnival for everyone involved! Especially opposing hitting! We wanted to give the fans a real taste of Brazilian action! in our first year and the team did not let us down! Not one bit! Excitement first, then winning!

It wasn't the best pitching staff in the league, or even an average staff, but it was the youngest! We are so excited about everything that we can only speak with exclamation points! And then sometimes we have to put extra exclamation! points in the middle! of sentences! We do not know how Heliodoro Meredith could lose 22 games and Adolfo Regalo just miss winning 20 with otherwise similar records but it sure is exciting! to think about!

The lineup was exciting! too! Look at Danilo Salgado's exciting! 86 steals! 226 steals as a team! If you could win just by being exciting, the Carnival would have been the 2nd winningest team in the league! Exciting! Like the "samba" music that we love! Some of the boys were less exciting(!) but we kept shuffling people out in an exciting! manner until we found the proper breakdown of exciting! Exciting!
