I would put this out the day after the World Series is over so then the date in the Game would reflect 15 days intill Free-Agent Period starts in the League because 1-1-09 wouldn't be as fun as a date in October or even November.

I would suggest maybe you unretire all people in the League to be available to be a Coach or Player.

The All Time Rays Roster would be the one they have on MLB.com that shows every person who has played a Game with the Rays so far.
