Yeah, I'd say being technologically savvy is most important. From the standpoint of playing the game, if you can run a solo league, you can run an online league. But you need webspace and an FTP server, you need to put together .zip files for the owners that aren't 200 MB (which involves excluding a lot of nonessential files from the archive), you're going to need to help owners with technical problems, you're probably going to want to set up a league message board. That aspect of it is so much more complicated that actually running sims.

Of course there are always people around here to help with any of these problems.
