Ok, if you don't care about the team logos, which I'm still working on, you can get these here (~7MB).
There's two additional files included:
1. Source information as to how I came up with the designs.
2. A spreadsheet you can use as a guide for when to use which files (not even close to 100% accurate, but useful).

Here's what they'll look like (including a few that No Pepper did for the NA that I included for completeness):
