Suggestion — Add a 'mass select' function to the game.

Reason — Many, many of the things that need to be done in this game involve repetitive keystroking. Examples include editing players, editing ball parks, editing team finances, setting game situation options, setting player variations off of the game situation options, deleting players (as mentioned by koohead above), and 'retiring, releasing, promoting and demoting' (as suggested by The Wolf in a thread in the general forum). There are several other things that could be done with mass select, but that should be enough to motivate you.

Priority — Medium (should have been in the game since 2007… or earlier)
