Purchase of minor league affiliates to developmental contracts.
Reason
Minor league affiliates change year to year IRL. One example of this is the Salem Avalanche becoming an affiliate of the Boston Red Sox next season after being aligned with the Houston Astros the last few years. In return the Astros signed the Red Sox old Advanced A affiliate, the Lancaster JetHawks, to replace Salem.
