A few patches have come out since this post was made, and I'm sure a number of you commissioners out there have now had an opportunity to use the in-game draft utility. Any updated tips on how best to work with this? We've just converted over to OOTP 9 and we're a couple months away from the amateur draft, but it never hurts to plan ahead.
Up until now we've used Getch's online draft utility to construct draft lists. That works quite well for a 3rd-party solution, but I imagine the in-game list would be optimal if it's up to snuff. So... suggestions from those of you that have conducted drafts with the in-game utility on how best to use it?
