I have used it through four fast-paced seasons. All GMs have done well with it.
Best advice is for GMs to choose their top players and always use the default AND as the connector. Then copy these first-round choices and paste to all other rounds.
In almost all drafts, once you get past the best 30 or so players, there is not much left anyway. Makes the draft go extremely rapidly.
