Fix compression functionality for online league uploads.

Reason

I'm doing my first online league update in OOTP9 right now and it's TAKING FOREVER to add files to the upload tarball. Seriously, this took like 5 minutes tops in OOTP2007. How did it get so bad in OOTP9? This is horrible.

Mandatory.
