Thanks, Romy. A lot of the aspects of this story will be familiar to readers of the HBF/IBL. The difference is that I'm trying to be more economical and smart about how I present it and one of the ways of doing that is by implying certain things rather than going into huge detail about them.
I felt that if I made this uni almost identical to real life and then had the scenario of a new organisation starting up to set things straight it would be more realistic compared to the HBF/IBL. There will be a lot of stuff happening in it that will only get slight recognition because that's how things go in real life also.
There are still some details I have to figure out as to exactly who will be fighting under the banner of the IBL in each weight division. I've already named some of them and I'm hoping to make a lot of progress towards resolving that this weekend.
