Sometimes I think I'm starting to get the hand of this (at least, in my head). Other times, I feel like I'm flying by the seat of my pants. Right now, as of this posting, I sort of in "seat of the pants" territory. On the bright side, as the manager, I don't have to take any punches, so I guess things aren't too bad.
My understanding of draft strategies where on the "Put the square peg in the square hole and the round peg in the round hole" level. Or, a deer caught in the headlights while trying to decide which hole to push the square peg into with its hoof.
I barely fogged the mirror my first go around, thankfully, that seemed to be good enough!
