June 23-Jose Velazquez went 3-4 with a HR and four RBI, and Ronald Combs went 2-4, including a homerun and three RBI as Durham outslugged Boston 11-7. Alberto Flores went 2-4 with three RBI and Roberto Rodriguez added two hits, including a HR and pair of RBI in the loss. (29-36)

June 25-Jesus Guardado pitched eight innings, allowing four hits and three runs, walking two and striking out three, and Roberto Rodriguez hit a two run HR as Newmarket avoided the sweep, beating Durham 4-3. Fernando Peralta added two hits and an RBI in the win. (30-37)

June 26-Jacob Davis and Mario Saenz each hit three run homeruns, and Jason Tate added a two run blast as the Bulldogs ran all over the Mules, 10-1. John Miller pitched 7 1/3 innings, allowing just the one run and four hits, earning the win. Luis Sanchez lost his second game of the year, going just four innings, allowing eight hits and nine runs walking four. (30-38)

June 27-Fernando Peralta hit a walkoff three run HR off Douglas Mud giving the Mules a 6-3 win over the Bulldogs. Portland had tied the game in the top of the 9th inning off John Coury as Geunhye Mun had hit a solo homerun, knotting the game at 3. Roberto Rodriguez continued his hot streak, hitting his 16th HR of the year, driving in two. (31-38)
