I am going to nominate Pitchit Siriwat and Benard Taylor for comeback fighters of the year.(wishful thinking) In all my test runs they have done fine so I am chalking up last season to beginners unluck
I am predicting Stockholms's Finest to repeat in the Broughton division. Big Matt has a proven track record but right now I think Stockholm's Finest has a bit more firepower.
In the Cribb division I really like Bears squad. Until Ortiz shows he can get a win and the Sluggers age a little bit I cant see picking any other way here.
In the Mendoza it looks like Tomato City has a veteran team coming back and I think that will be enough for them to jump ahead of the younger Dusk Owls in the standings. This division as a whole looks much improved.
It looks like Bonner Springs and the Dusk Owls have the inside track on the wild card position with the Sluggers not far behind.
The Figg division looks to be dominated by Hebron Haymakers again as that team is still in tact unless the team suffers from some type of Championship runner up hangover that often times happens. I think Ice Tea makes a jump in the standings as his team should mature nicely together. The Nobodies have a strong future but may have given up their spot in the wild card with the addition of the younger fighters.
The Caunt division was the one of the most competive divisions last year and it seems that is a strong possibility again this year. Brooks went with the youth movement which might leave him out of the running this year. Not an easy call here so I'll go with the defending division champs to repeat. Oakland is the most veteran team and I think the Undisputed Champions have a "potentially" very good team but the question marks remain.
The oddity of the the league last year was Juggernaunts 1-5 divisional record and despite that being able to win the division. This league WAS the most competive division last year with 3 teams over 500 points. This year I think the punching bags and Villeberrys are too young to compete with the heavy veteran presence of the two teams finished ahead of them last year. I think Chilton wins the division with Juggernaunt fighting it out with IceTeabosing, Undisputered Champions and Oakland assassins for the wild card.
*** Disclaimer ***
I hope no one gets offended by my predictions as that is just what they are and they are based a lot off of last years standings and who has more pre-prime, prime fighters returning.
