I agree that distribution of injuries with pitchers is way off. I haven't played OOTP9 enough to know whether the frequency is any good, but I know I had to set it to "high" in OOTP2007 to keep it semi-realistic. (Of course, all that did was give me a pretty good injury level for position players and an incredibly low one for pitchers.)
