All-Star Game Recap

The Southern League scored four times in the first inning off Ernesto Garcia of the Durham Bobcats, capped by a two run HR off the bat of game MVP Andre Normandin of Manchester and a two run double off the bat of Marcos Diaz of the Exeter Blue Hawks, leading the SL to a 5-3 win over the NL. Fernando Peralta of the Newmarket Mules was the only NL player with more than one hit as he went 2-2 with a run scored.
