A couple of blogs, one of them a boxing blog, that I follow have recently begun doing a week in quotes feature and it's something I really enjoy so I must say I'm glad to see something similar pop up here. Plus, it allows you to move all a bunch of stories in one nice little package good times. The new style has worked pretty well in speeding things up. You've covered what 4 months in less time then it took to cover a week of HBF/IBL action.
