This league is the closest you can come to having a true GM experience. With actual ratings turned off, as well as stars, it's up to you to decipher who has declined severely, who hasn't lived up to the hype, and which platoon player to give more playing time.
Satchel is an excellent commish, constantly keeping up with what's good for the league, new ideas from fellow GM's, and whatever else is needed to keep the league running smoothly. You'll find that he's most dedicated to the JL, as well as providing an overall great experience for all.
