I've attached the error log/message that XP is giving me, the files that come up are:

elicen40.dll
msvcr71.dll
ootp9.exe
Microsoft.VC90.CRT\msvcm90.dll
Microsoft.VC90.CRT\msvcp90.dll
Microsoft.VC90.CRT\msvcr90.dll
kernel32.dll

Anyone?
