OK. Mine starts

so you aren't getting the gui_skin lines yet.

If you go to C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9\data\skins

and then in each of the three sub-directories, remove the skin.bin file

and then try to relaunch the game in tracemode.
