Thanks for any and all input. I am hopeful to get back into another great series but I just can't fork over my $25 until I know I'll get usage out of it. If I end up gathering enough of this stuff, through assistance from the forum, I'd be happy to lump it all together into one MLB pack for everyone to use if that would be something worthwhile for the community.

honestly, a little confusing I would be helping you, because I feel like I've downloaded your rosters or quickstarts in the past -- and that you are an old, old-timer to this game that probably taught me how to play..

Open up OOTP9, go to:
Game/Add-Ons Central/
hit 'Reload Add-Ons List'
Padres Mods Site will be added
one of the options will be:
2008 MLB All-in-one mod 'Download'
once it finishes downloading, hit 'Install'
If you need all of the actual pictures, do the same for Gambo/twil's Photo pack.
close the add-on center
go to Game/Load Quickstart Game
Select Majors.quick and start your league and you'll have everything listed above.
Stadiums pics/data (all levels?)
Stadium data will be correct, but no ballpark pictures.

these are entirely up to you depending on what you want to accomplish.

always set trading to very low otherwise the AI gets out of control.
I also always have injuries set to very low, anything higher and once a month somebody's career ends. Maybe that's what happens, but it's just not fun.
