Championship Shots
For determining who gains shots at the world title I want to model both in more detail and more randomly how those shots are gained.
When it is determined the world champion will be active that month and the championship defended, who gains a shot at the title is determned by rolling a dice on the following table.

4. Most Popular Fighter
5. Winner of Elimination Tourney of Four Fighters Rated in the Top Ten.
6. Highest Rated Who Has Defeated or Drawn With Champion
7. Commissions Choice (My Wildcard Choice)
8. Most Popular Fighter Currently Rated Outside the Top Twenty
9. Retired Former Champion of My Choice.
10. Current Champ From Division Below
