OK, I've added our first pass at rules to the site.

Also, finalized us as an 18-team league with 3 divisions of 6...

Sims will be T/Th/Su, 10 days a pop.

So, now that a little more has been formalized, stop by and check us out!

We've got 7 spots open right now -- all are 'you pick the team location' with 4 teams open in the Central and West division. (One current owner is pending team selection, so he'll get first preference.)
