Format change for 2107

There are no more divisions. There is only an American League and a National League. Sixteen teams in each league. Top four qualify for playoffs.

Also, the team with the best record in each league will receive 60 points. The three other playoff teams will earn 50 points. The playoff points will remain the same (5, 10, 15).
