Oddly enough, that was the first thing I read in the new OOTP 10 thread. However, that means nothing. This feature is something that has been recommended many times for past versions, and I can easily read the suggestions for 10, and get a dozen or more. If they are altering the Arbitration system amongst others, why not simply add the ability to purchase contracts?

I don't disagree. I also don't hold out much hope for a solid answer from OOTP until such time, much like the current "new features", they have a workable solution.
