Suggestion

Introduce actual salaries for minor league contracts (MLCs) - eg 1st year MLC $32,500 (2009 & 2010) and 2nd and subsequent year MLCs $65,000 (2009 & 2010).

Reason

Make financials more realistic and stop GMs hoarding "free" minor league prospects.
