Finally broke the secret behind prospect rankings

All of the individual team top 20s should be almost identical now to what they are IRL. Not sure how that will reflect to the top systems and top 100 prospects, but I think it should be a LOT better.

Hoping to get this puppy out tomorrow night or Monday, I'll let you guys know. Just have to get through re-ranking prospects and it's done.
