Spammers are why registration is disabled. If anyone else wants to sign up, you can pm the details and I will do it manually.
I am going to be adding some anti-spam stuff that Fidel has kindly posted here on the OOTP forums to hopefully allow me to turn registration back on. For now, please PM me here first.
