Option to use age-based projections for potential ratings of young players in historical sims (where there's limited real life data available).
Right now, potential ratings can only be based on real life data that actually exists. However, if you're doing a current sim, you might have a young player who is obviously going to have better seasons as he gets older. If a 20 year old hits .250/.330/.450 in real life, he should have incredibly high potential ratings - not potential ratings that have him peaking at the same level he played at age 20 in real life.
The potential ratings generator should be able to look at the limited real life data that exists for a player, and determine (based on age) what that translates to for a player's peak years then determine the potential ratings based on that translation.
