Taking a bit longer view of things, Baseball only changes so much, so it stands to reason that as the yearly releases go by, Markus will get much closer to "the Ideal game" that includes just about all the features a customer might want in a baseball simulation.
Thus, the development cycle will shorten somewhat, although there are certainly a lot of factors involved and we are talking about a 4 to 10 year timeframe. I would think the release dates will begin to move back towards March in the next few releases.
