That's why I won't allow minor league managers to control signings/releases. They keep releasing my first round draft picks who are immediately snatched up by another team before I notice. The only thing I allow managers in the lower levels to do is make depth charts and lineups.
But you know, I could swear some minor league players are still being released at times.
