i should of been more clear, sorry. When you relocate a team, it says the old team name underneath the new team name which is good, but it should also have the old team name in the defunct section as well perhaps with it saying where they moved too. Currently It doesn't do that.

Cephasjames, i disagree with your interpretation of the definition. It does mean that team no longer exists...it no longer exists[I] under the same name or in the same city. Check all site lists of defunct teams and you will see that is how it is used. So if you change a team name, relocate, or delete the team, it should go into the defunct team list. If that team moved it should say in the list where they moved to. And it should continue to say in the current teams what they were previously called
