Thank-you Jah that's exactly what I was looking for!

And to the other guys, I have trading turned off. In the game setup/league setup/rules section there is a check box for "Player trade, Enable trades". I turn trading on to make my commish trades. Then turn it back off so the AI doesn't make any trades. But I have only tried that in the off season. Not sure I can toggle trading on and off during the regular season.
