MLB 2012: The Return of Roids?

Alright actually this is because I downloaded Padre's stadium mod that adjusts all the mlb stadiums to fit the real life modifiers for each. I had the feeling that doing this would mess up my season stats due to more hitter friendly parks, but upon checking all the stadium modifiers averaged out to around .99 etc so I figured it would be alright. I now know that I should have trusted my instincts because some of the numbers that are being put up are way too high. It's July 13 with three games to go till the all star break and here's how it breaks down, let me know what you think.

In terms of HRs there is

2 with 36
1 with 31
1 with 29
1 with 27
2 with 26
3 with 23
5 with 22
1 with 21
4 with 20

additionally there's another 30 players with 15 or more home runs so far

Also to top it all off here is the assault on Ted Williams

3 players are batting over .380 with the league leader batting .390
and astounding 33 players batting over .330 overall

Anyway obviously things are way out of wack. My question is what exactly can I do about it. Will my modifiers for my league totals adjust themselves and even things out for next season or should I just scratch the ballparks and reinstall the old ones. I think sometimes in our pursuit to have realism we fail to realize that certain things in the game operate in a certain way that's clearly beyond our comprehension. Any help will be appreciated thanks.
