Twins heading to World Series
Beltran belts two Game 7 homers in losing effort

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The Minnesota Twins will be taking on the New York Mets in the World Series after a 6-3 win in Game 7 of the American League Championship Series.
Joey Hamilton and five relievers worked together to clinch the pennant.
"We're going to the World Series, baby!" said Minnesota designated hitter David Segui.
Carlos Beltran hit two solo home runs in the game. Tony Clark hit a two-run home run off Mark Mulder in the fourth inning.
Mulder, who was pushed up to start Game 7, gave up five runs in 5 1/3 innings with Kevin Millwood working the final 3 2/3 innings.
