I'm not looking to steal the thunder from CubbyFan...however, I have just launched the beta version of a project I've been working on. This project is built off of Cubby's Version 4.0 MLB rosters...but includes NPB, KBO, CPBL, and ALL of the independent league rosters. Here is more information.

Lastly, I believe Cubby's version 4.0 is by far his best, and most stable...I could atleast uncheck the Rule V draft tab.
