That was a hard fought series, but it's kind of tough to take a three-game sweep even if it is in Fenway.
I don't know if I agree with thom's assessment of Girardi (yet). The bullpen has been awful, and 20% or more of his starting pitching has been terrible. I don't think any manager is going to look good in that situation, 4-out saves or not.
It's early yet. We got a long way to go - 144 games, I think?
